Bent Knee Foot Raise

Instructions

Preparation

Place foot on elevated platform with knee bent at right angle and lower leg vertical.

Execution

Raise forefoot as high as possible while keeping heel on platform surface and lower leg vertical. Hold position. Repeat with opposite leg.

Measurement

Height from bottom of forefoot foot to floor is noted.
