Kneeling Quadriceps Stretch

Instructions

Preparation

Kneel with knee on padded mat and other foot positioned forward. Place hands on knee. Grasp other hand under top of foot.

Execution

Drive hip forward and pull foot toward rear end. Hold stretch. Repeat with opposite side.
