Kneeling Side Lunge Stretch

Instructions

Preparation

Kneel on floor or mat. Place one foot pointing out and somewhat perpendicular to opposite kneeling leg.

Execution

Shift upright body toward supporting foot. Hold stretch. Repeat on opposite leg.

Push elbow into side of knee for added stretch.
