Instructions

Preparation

Stand with both feet together in one of two lower sections of quadrant.

Execution

Jump forward into upper quadrant then immediately jump diagonally back. Immediately jump forward to other upper quadrant, then diagonally back to starting square. Immediately repeat diagonally crossing pattern sequence.

Comments

Perform this exercise as fast as possible while avoiding stepping on lines and maintaining balance and control. Jump and land on forefeet with heels slightly elevated off of floor.
