Instructions

Preparation

Stand with both feet together in one of two lower sections of quadrant.

Execution

Jump forward into upper quadrant then immediately jump back to original quadrant. Immediately jump diagonally to the other upper quadrant, then immediately back again. Immediately repeat V pattern sequence.

Comments

Avoiding stepping on lines. Perform this exercise as fast as possible while and maintaining balance and control. Jump and land off of forefeet with heels slightly elevated off of floor.
