Instructions

Preparation

Stand with feet together to one side of line on floor. Bend hips and knees sightly with arms to sides.

Execution

Jump to opposite side of line and land on forefeet. Continue jumping from side to side landing on forefeet.

Comments

Hop side to side of line as quick as possible. Push off of forefeet with feet together.
