Instructions

Preparation

Stand facing series of cones spaced apart in straight line.

Execution

Jump forward over first cone and land on forefeet. Continue jumping over each cone in succession, pushing off and landing on forefeet.

Comments

Jump using both legs and forefeet to absorb impact and push-off quickly between each jump. Also known as Double Leg Cone Hops.
