Instructions

Preparation

Stand behind line with feet shoulder width apart. Squat down partially and raise arms forward.

Execution

Swing arms back behind sides and lean forward. Rapidly swing arms forward and jump forward as far as possible with both feet close together. Land with both feet together with legs bend and stand up.

Comments

Avoid falling backwards and maintain position of feet when landing.
