90 Degree Jump Turn Multiple

Instructions

Preparation

Stand with feet shoulder width apart or slightly wider. Bend knees and hips slightly.

Execution

Jump and turn 90°. Land in athletic position facing side direction. Immediately jump and turn 90° in opposite direction returning to starting position.

Comments

Jump facing from front to side as fast as possible. Maintain athletic position during each land. Arms movement can assist in jumps.
